The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating an 85-year-old at-risk missing person, Edith Nell Birden, who was last seen on May 25, 2022 at 1:00 a.m.

Birden was last seen walking in the 3000 block of Adriatic Avenue. Birden suffers from medical conditions and may easily become disoriented. She left on foot and her destination is unknown.

At-risk missing person Edith Nell Birden is described as follows:

Age: 85-years-old
Gender: Female
Race: Black
Height: 5'02"
Weight: 144 lbs
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Black stocking cap on her head, white sweater, black and white leopard pants, and white oversized shoes.
Medical Alerts: May become disoriented due to age and medical conditions.

Anyone with information regarding this missing person is urged to call the LBPD Missing Persons Detail at (562) 570-7246 or Police Dispatch at (562) 435-6711.
