Trump Supporter Targeted With Thrown Items During ICE Protest in Long Beach

LONG BEACH, CA — Tensions were high during a student-led protest against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Friday when a Trump supporter was targeted and chased down the street after taunting demonstrators following a school walkout.

The incident occurred as hundreds of students gathered at Long Beach City Hall as part of “National ICE Out Day,” a nationwide day of action opposing federal immigration enforcement under the Trump administration. Many Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD) students walked out of class to participate, school officials encouraged parents to talk with their children about the potential risks of leaving campus during school hours.

According to witnesses, tensions escalated when an individual openly supporting President Donald Trump began taunting students protesting ICE operations. During the exchange, water and other items were thrown. Authorities have not released details regarding injuries or whether any arrests were made.
