On July 22, 2017 at approximately 8:15 PM. Long Beach Police Officers were dispatched to a call of a group of subjects in the street in the 2100 block of west Spring Street.
When officers arrived they located the group of subjects and an officer involved shooting occurred.
A male adult suspect was transported to a local hospital, with a gunshot wound to his lower torso, and he is in stable condition.
Homicide Detectives are at the location investigating the cause of the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
