Update: Located; Long Beach Police ask public’s help locating 11-year-old

Update 5/21/21 at 3:00 p.m:

Missing juvenile Leilani Sucess Collins was found unharmed in the City at approximately 11:30 a.m. today and has been reunited with her family.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 11-year-old critical missing juvenile Leilani Sucess Collins, who was last seen on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at approximately 11:30 a.m.

Collins was last seen in the 5400 block of N. Paramount Boulevard. Collins went missing earlier in the day— however, she had returned home prior to officers’ arrival. Once officers left the residence, Collins fled for a second time. Collins has been reported missing in the past and is familiar with the public transit system.

The critical missing person is described as follows:

Age: 11-years-old
Gender: Female
Race: Black
Height: 4’0″
Weight: 60 lbs
Clothing: blue mermaid jumpsuit, rainbow Crocs, and a red bonnet
Jewelry: None 
Scars/Marks: None
Visible Dental Work: None
Medical Alerts: None
