Guilt-free Mexican food in the community of Long Beach

Tocaya, a guilt-free modern Mexican restaurant on 2nd and Pacific Coast Highway, opened on August 18th. They are dedicated to making a positive impact and delivering the Long Beach community an elevated experience that makes eating well effortless.

There are over 30 chef-inspired dishes available at the restaurant with twelve proteins and six quesos which also include vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Tocaya also offers three vegan proteins and two vegan quesos to compliment any dish. Chef Ivan Flores’ favorite dish to create is the best-selling Chicken Tinga. The Fajita Del Rey bowl is another popular dish.

Tocaya assures that the freshest meats and fish are free of hormones, steroids, and antibiotics.

β€œOne of the things I enjoy the most about working for Tocaya is that I eat the food here every day and feel great. Other restaurants I’ve worked for in the past, I couldn’t do that and stay on track with my goals,” Joshua Butcher, General Manager at Tocaya Long Beach.
