According to reports, at approximately 11:15 p.m., law enforcement officers responded to multiple calls regarding gunfire in the area. Upon arrival, they found several victims and promptly administered medical assistance. Of the seven injured, three were transported to local medical facilities by Long Beach Fire Department personnel, while the remaining victims sought medical attention independently.

All the victims are identified as adult males, with three sustaining non-life-threatening injuries, while four remain in critical but stable condition.

Detectives are currently engaged in interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, and reviewing surveillance footage to advance the investigation.

To ensure community safety and gather additional leads, additional patrol officers and the Neighborhood Safety Bike Team will be deployed in the area.

The LBPD urges anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.
