Airplane Makes Emergency Landing at Long Beach Airport
LONG BEACH — A small plane made an emergency landing at Long Beach Airport on Friday evening after experiencing a landing gear malfunction, authorities said.
The incident occurred around 7:10 p.m., when a Cessna carrying two people was forced to land. Airport officials confirmed the aircraft touched down safely despite the mechanical issue, and no injuries were reported.

Both occupants walked away unharmed. Operations at the airport continued with minimal disruption, officials said.
