Long Beach, CA — MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown man who has been receiving treatment at the hospital for several weeks following a possible hit-and-run accident.

According to hospital officials, the man was brought to the medical center on October 23 after being found near Long Beach Boulevard and the 710 Freeway. He was admitted without any identification or personal documents.

The patient is described as a Hispanic male in his 60s, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing around 200 pounds, with silver-gray hair and brown eyes.

Hospital staff and social workers have made repeated efforts to identify the man but have so far been unable to locate any family members or contacts.

Images of the man have been released to aid in the identification effort. The hospital is asking the community to help share this message widely so that the patient’s loved ones can be located.
