The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating an at-risk missing child last seen Sunday afternoon at 2:15 p.m.
Se Amaj Washington, 11, was last seen leaving his foster home on a black and red BMX bicycle. Authorities said he does not have a cell phone or tracking device and may have an unknown amount of money with him.

Police noted Washington has run away in the past but was previously found in the local area. He may be headed toward the Compton. According to the reporting party, he could also be carrying miscellaneous weapons in his backpack.

Washington is described as a Black male, 4 feet 9 inches tall, weighing about 90 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray Nike hoodie, blue Nike shorts, and gray Nike Jordan shoes, and carrying a red and black backpack.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Long Beach Police Department or dial 911 if he is seen.
