Police seek Community Help in Locating At-Risk Missing Person

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a 74-year-old at-risk missing person, Thomas Edward Morgan, who was last seen on Aug.28, 2022, at approximately 5:34 a.m.

Morgan was last seen at his living facility near the 3000 block of Cedar Avenue. Morgan does not have a car or cell phone and his destination is unknown. Morgan was previously missing and was located in the City of Los Angeles. Morgan suffers from medical conditions and may easily become disoriented.
