UPDATE: LOCATED

The critical missing child has been located safe and unharmed.  Antonio was found at approximately 12:30 a.m., at the Los Angeles Pico Metro Station by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.  He was transported safely home to his family.  There is no indication of foul play.  The family indicated Antonio talks about how he likes to ride the train. We would like to thank the public and the media for their efforts of helping locate the child.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 12-year-old Autistic child with the mental capacity of a five-year-old who was last seen Thursday, December 24, 2015, at approximately 10:00 a.m., in the area of Mountain View Street and the L.A. Riverbed. The child does not have any money, identification or cell phone on him. This is a very recent photograph and the child was last seen wearing the same sweatshirt that is pictured above. The child may respond to his first name Antonio, or his middle name, Peter.
