Peer Review Finds City Auditor Laura Doud’s Work Reliable & Credible

For the fourth consecutive triennial Peer Review by the Association of Local Government Auditors (ALGA) found Laura Doud’s office’s internal operations met national standards ensuring work is reliable and credible for year’s 2015-2017. It was announced today that the Office achieved the highest possible standards of performance in government auditing. This is the fourth year in a row the office has achieved these results. In addition the peer review panel noted areas in which the office excels. The panel recognized the office’s accurate audit work as its workpapers and analysis were very well organized and its procedures were well documented and effectively indexed.
