Update located: Police seek public’s help locating critical missing person George Crout

On November 27, 2020, officers confirmed critical missing person, George Clevland Crout Jr., returned home safely and has been reunited with his family.   

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 77-year-old critical missing person, George Clevland Crout Jr., who was last seen on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at approximately 2:30 p.m.

George was last seen leaving the area near Lakewood Boulevard and Willow Street in Long Beach, driving his 2013 Toyota Camry. His destination is unknown, and he currently resides in Long Beach. George suffers from a medical condition(s) and may become easily disoriented.

The critical missing person is described as follows:

Age: 77-years-old
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Height: 6’02”
Weight: 180 lbs
Hair: Black hair, mustache 
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Black baseball cap, “Disabled Vietnam Veteran” in gold writing, blue long sleeve crew neck shirt, blue jeans, burgundy Nike shoes 
Vehicle- 2013 Toyota Camry, dark grey, CA LIC #DP986KG
