Pinot’s Palette Celebrates Grand Opening In Downtown Long Beach

Pinot’s Palette hosted the grand opening of its newest franchise on Saturday at 470 Pine Avenue in Downtown. As Long Beach’s only Pinot’s Palette location, their mission is to bring art to the masses through a fun and entertaining atmosphere with extraordinary customer service.

Joining studio co-owners Monica Ochoa and Mark Pollard for the ribbon-cutting celebration were Abigail Mejia, Senior Field Deputy for Mayor Robert Garcia, Tony Shooshani, Managing Member of Shooshani Developers and owners of The Streets, Jeremy Harris, Senior Vice President at the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, and Toliver Morris, President, and Catherine Morris, Vice President, at William Morris Commercial.

“Pine Avenue is the perfect location for Long Beach’s only Pinot’s Palette,” said Monica Ochoa and Mark Pollard, Studio Co-owners of Pinto’s Palette. “We look forward to enhancing the downtown area with a sprinkling of artistry, alcohol and amusement for locals and visitors alike.”

The Pinot’s Palette tagline is Paint. Drink. Have Fun. The new space at The Streets offers a staff of paint instructors and all supplies to include paint, brushes, canvases and aprons for a variety of painting options such as Two-hour events that are perfect for after work or get-togethers for $35, and Three-hour events for artists wanting more detail and challenge for $45. Specialty events include Date Night, where real connections happen for $35, Project Pet, where guests can paint a custom portrait of their pet for $65, and prices vary for Black Light Painting and Pay It Forward, where guests learn how to be a part of the solution. A variety of private events are also available.

“Pinot’s Palette is a great addition to the alluring mix of retailers now on this block of Pine Avenue including The Pier Bar, Romeo Chocolates and Crepe Crafters,” said Tony Shooshani, Managing Member of Shooshani Developers. “We’re sure that their presence will continue the growing interest and business to this area of the downtown district.”

Pinot’s Palette is a pioneer of the paint and sip experience – a revolutionary way to enjoy art and wine, meet new people and bond with friends. With 159 locations across the United States and Canada, Pinot’s Palette is the world’s fastest growing franchise in the creative entertainment industry. Guests enjoy a no-experience-required art class — all supplies included — directed by trained, local artists, who guide guests step-by-step through a featured painting. By bringing fun, modern and creative ideas to their events, Pinot’s Palette creates a unique, rewarding experience while providing a worthwhile contribution to the community.
