Major collision with 9 patients involved at Long Beach Blvd. and 44th

Major traffic collision at Long Beach Blvd. and 44th street just before 10:00am today. Long Beach fire used the jaws of life to extracted passengers which included 5 children and 2 adults.

LB Blvd was closed in both directions for about an hour. Two vehicles involved with 9 patients rushed to local hospital with minor injures.
