Firefighters Respond to 2nd Alarm Apartment Fire

At approximately 06:24hrs this morning, LBFD responded to a structure fire on the 1100 Block of E Broadway. Upon arrival, LBFD advised they seen smoke showing and fire which fully engulfed a apartment complex. Fire was seen heavily from the roof of the apartment complex and all sides as well.

LBFD bumped the fire up to a 2nd alarm structure fire and requested more engines to the incident to assist. A ladder truck was seen at the scene, with the ladder up to the roof and firefighters breaching the roof top to allow ventilation for smoke and fire.
