Long Beach, CA – Primal Alchemy Catering, founded and owned by Chef Paul and Dana Buchanan, has been awarded the prestigious Achievement in Catering Excellence (ACE) Sustainability Award at the recent Catersource / Special Events national conference. The conference, a gathering of event professionals, held its annual event in Austin, Texas, where the Buchanans were honored on February 15.

The ACE Sustainability Award, a new addition to the conference’s accolades, was presented to the Buchanans in recognition of their commitment to sustainable practices within the catering industry.
